The document contains a step-by-step guide on how to list companies with negative ratings on the SEAP website, as well as a list of companies that were listed with negative ratings in the period 2019-2023 by the Harghita County Council and its subordinated intitutions, and local government in Harghita County and other state institutions of Harghita County.
Step 1:
The list can be found on the SEAP website at the following link: https://www.e-licitatie.ro/pub
When you open the page, you will be presented with the following interface:
Step 2
On the left side of the web interface, hover the cursor over the second icon in the "Menu" list. Finally, click on the "Documente constatatoare" tab.
Step 3
After clicking on the "Documente constatatoare" tab, you will be presented with the following interface.
Step 4
- In the "Data publicare" menu, we select the period in which we want to list the companies.
- Under "Exista prejudicii sau pagube", select "Da".
- Finally, on the right-hand side of the right-hand side of the web interface, we click on the "Filtreaza" button and the system will list the companies for us.
