The outpatient medical centre and hospital in Balan is owned by Harghita County and it has two buildings connected to each other: the outpatient medical centre with two stories (1134 m2) and the hospital with the ground floor and four stories (2885 m2).
The hospital side-wing is rented by the National Antidrug Agency, except for the boiler room in the basement. A small part of the outpatient medical centre (270 m2) belongs to the administrative unit of the local authority of Balan, another part (210 m2) is used by the Harghita County Emergency Service and the rest (316+338 m2), together with the boiler room in the basement, belongs to the administrative unit of Harghita County Council.
The outpatient medical centre, which belongs to the administrative unit of Harghita County Council, houses three separate medical offices and Ropharma pharmacy on a 338 m2 surface, based on a rental or a concession contract.
The total surface of unused spaces is of 316 m2, located on the ground floor of the outpatient medical centre.
