According to the latest public data of A.J.O.F.M. of 3 Jan. 2023, in Harghita County there are 260 job vacancies in 39 companies. As shown in Figure 1, the highest number of job vacancies, 106 in number, is announced in Toplița region. Most of them are for construction workers.
Figure 2 shows that the highest demand in Harghita county at the moment is for students who have graduated from vocational schools/technical colleges. 45% of the vacancies are for students who have graduated from vocational schools or colleges.
As shown in Figure 3, by job type in Harghita County, the demand for labour in the service sector is much higher than in the manufacturing sector.
